Dear Valued Guest,
We would like to bring the following terms and conditions to your attention:

Payment

We require payment in full on/before arrival.

All services booked during your stay will be charged to your card
We require credit card details as a security measure.

Cancellation Policy

We operate on a minimum cancellation notice of 28 days, handling fees are as follows:

• Minimum non reundable 30% Handling Fee/deposit
• 7 Days Notice 50% Handling Fee
• 48 Hours 75% Handling Fee
• 24 Hours Full Charge - NO REFUND

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. A penalty of £200 will be charged if guests default on this.

General

• Any additional guests not signed in will be charged for.
• Guests will be held liable for any theft or damage to the property and its contents.
• Guests are required to leave the apartment/room in a clean & tidy condition. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE
• Noise and disturbances will not be tolerated, guests will be given one warning and then asked to leave.
• ALL AREAS ARE NON-SMOKING, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE NOT PERMITTED

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00AM

Late check-outs will incur a penalty charge of £10.00 per every half hour
(or part thereof) after 10:00am.

All lost property that is not claimed within 14 Days will be disposed of.
