Concierge Service

We offer a comprehensive telephone concierge service, at your service right from the time you book your accommodation, to the time you leave.

We can arrange to have Champagne, flowers, chocolates gifts or cards in your apartment for your arrival. We can also do you shopping for you and have it packed away for you by the time you arrive.

At any time we can arrange tours, book tables at restaurants, order and have takeaways delivered and anything else you may require.

Fees

Our concierge booking and arranging service is free to guests but the following charges are applied for the following services:

• Delivery to your Apartment of any items including takeaways - £10 per time
• Shopping - £25 per hour
• Moet Champagne in your apartment on your arrival - £50
• Chocolates/gifts/flowers – we will deliver according to your instruction!
